Most Volvos that come to Sport-4 have been manufactured between 1995 and 2004 and share similar problems . Volvo’s previous reputation for unburstable mechanicals seemed to have faded when the introduction of computer ECU (Electronic Control Module) and an increasing number of functions became dependent on it. Thankfully, and simultaneously, the introduction of OBD (On Board Diagnostics) gave rise to a host of equipment that lets us know why a particular light is on or say, the engine is running rough.
